Tekla Buadze joined The Georgian Co-Investment Fund in 2019 as the Head of the Human Resources Department. Since 2025, she has served as the Managing Director of Human Capital and Organizational Development.
She is responsible for a broad spectrum of human capital processes, including employee performance evaluation, training, onboarding, and other key organizational initiatives.
Before joining the fund, Tekla held the position of Global Change Manager at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. She brings over fifteen years of professional experience in human resources management.
