Prior to joining the team, she worked as the Head of the Finance Department at Liberty Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Her responsibilities there included managing consolidated accounting operations, preparing IFRS financial reports for the bank and its subsidiaries, and consolidating subsidiary financial statements. Before Liberty Bank, she worked as a Chief Accountant at various commercial banks, accumulating four years of experience in that role.<\/p>\n<p>Lela holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Georgian Technical University and a Master of Science in Banking from the International Institute of Georgia.
