Since 2025, she has served as the Managing Director of Human Capital and Organizational Development.<\/p>\n<p>She is responsible for a broad spectrum of human capital processes, including employee performance evaluation, training, onboarding, and other key organizational initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining the fund, Tekla held the position of Global Change Manager at Jacobs Douwe Egberts.
